Cranberry Orange Muffins:
2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup cranberries
1 egg
3/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon grated orange zest
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir in cranberries. In a small bowl, beat egg, orange juice, coconut oil, and orange zest. Add wet mixture to dry ingredients. Stir to combine until just moistened. Spoon mixture into muffin pans with liners. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned.

  3. I always look forward to your videos, Mary. They are never boring! I just can't get over the boldness of that raccoon to invite himself inside, and you were so calm about it. Haha! Always love see what you do in a day. I wish I had your energy!

  4. Oh my goodness, what a fun video!! I love watching your cats and that racoon in your house was hilarious???? I have been having trouble with racoons coming in our garage at night stealing my cats food and now they are digging up my flowers!! (Not Funny) I just love your yard, it is so beautiful!!

  5. Your level of calmness looking up and seeing a very large racoon in your home was amazing! Lol. I would have freaked out. Might be time to definitely have a screen door installed.

  8. I really enjoy DITL’s. Very interesting! I love everything about your channel and all you do. How many children do you have and what ages?
    I also love leaving my door open, but no raccoon! I did have a hummingbird fly in once and it was hard getting it out. I know it must’ve been freaking out.
    I thought I subscribed to you a long time ago but I guess I didn’t. I remedied that situation.

  21. Oh my Gosh Mary, that Racoon!!! ???? You were so calm. I wish I were more like you, you are so organized and do so much in a day…I seem to always start one project then before I'm finished I start another and so on and so on! I'm sure I make way more work for myself!

  22. I love an old fashioned screen door like my grandparents had. Oh the sound! I miss it!

  23. Oh dear, raccoons can be quite nasty in many ways. Might I suggest screen doors? It would go beautifully with your cottage decor you have going. 🙂
