    the WATER SUPPLY might never be interrupted, but SOMETHING has to keep the water pump 'pumping'; solar is unreliable, batteries need to recharge, and I didn't see any electrical infrastructure in the clip – so where's the transit bus-sized generator and the fuel to power it?
