Not judging just for educational reasons but what’s the point of going in the elliptical for 2 hours it seems excessive? Is it so you get used to distance to become better at distance running?

Hey, Linda, I hope that you’ll continue healing as fast as you already seem to do from your injury, I know I’m just some random internet person but I hope you get better soon. I’m definitely cheering you on! ❤🎉

"Can’t run" BROO! You can run like sonic and still look like a supermodel (not that that’s important) but you’re a superwoman! Don’t say that about yourself!

Please let your body and mind heal.i know london marathon means a lot to you. But working out running when you are injured could be very bad. There's no need to rush. Healing is meant to be slow.
