Linda I Feel ur pain im 12 I love running I do an hour of jogging to school and back each day but I also play netball on Tuesday dodgeball Friday football Wednesday and on Thursday and Sunday after school I play rugby for a team and in my free time I skip alot I get pulled muscles sprained ancles random pains ect but ur right I miss the running to and all the constant pain sucks so FEEL BETTER and I’m rly sry about the marathon u seemed rly hyped💐

  5. this was me when i hurt my ankle and couldn't skateboard… i too was doing google nutrition… the food helps i promise…hang in there …one day youll wake up and youll have your leg back and there wont be pain…<3

  10. I am still recovering from my ankle injury since April 2 and I miss running so much. My injury triggered my gout as well so it really is hard to recover. Seeing how you cope with your injury gave me hope not to give up on running 🥺

  12. @Linda-Try soaking in Epsom salt bath. OMG! Also take Arnica Montana for bruising, etc. they really work. Love pineapple juice.

  14. Drink tumeric mixed in hot milk. Its a traditional remedy For healing any kind of injury. Works wonders. It helped my dad recover from a torn ligament in his knee.

    P.s. grate fresh tumeric root into the hot milk and then drain it .
