❏ RECIPES ❏
🥣 fluffy egg sandwich
➥ 2 eggs
➥ 1 pinch of salt
➥ 1 butter stick
➥ 1 bread of your choice
➥ 1 tbsp kewpie mayo
➥ 1 tbsp colman’s mustard
➥ 1 slice of cheese
➥ optional: red onions
1. Using a wand milk frother, froth 2 eggs and add a pinch of salt
2. Turn on stovetop to low
3. Butter your pan
3. Add one cup of egg mixture into the pan being careful not to overcook the eggs
4. Fold the eggs repeatedly and roll to right side of the pan
5. Butter pan again and add in more egg mixture
6. Fold repeatedly now rolling to the left side of the pan
7. Add rest of egg mixture and repeat step 6—now rolling to the right side of the pan
8. Assemble your sandwich! Adding mayo + mustard mixture and some red onions
9. Enjoy ☺︎
🥣 bean sprout rice (Kongnamul Bap)
➥ 1/2 red onion
➥ 1 bag of bean sprouts
➥ 16 oz ground beef
➥ 1 tbsp soy sauce
➥ 1 tbsp keto allulose
➥ 1 tbsp sesame seeds
➥ 2 tbsp soy sauce
➥ 1 tbsp sesame oil
➥ 1 garlic clove (minced)
➥ 1 tbsp korean pepper flakes
➥ 1 dash of sugar
➥ 1 green onion
1. Dice red onion into small pieces
2. Wash bean sprouts
3. Add 1 teaspoon of cooking oil to a pan over medium-high heat
4. Add in diced onion
5. Add ground beef, soy sauce, keto allulose, and cook meat until evenly browned
6. Steam bean sprouts for 3 minutes
7. Assemble your bowl with some rice, bean sprouts, beef, and top it off with special sauce!
special sauce:
1. Grind sesame seeds
2. In a bowl add sesame seeds, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, korean pepper flakes, sugar and green onion
3. Mix it all together
🥣 korean radish soup (Muguk)
➥ 1 daikon radish
➥ water
➥ 2 garlic cloves (minced)
➥ 2 green onions
➥ 2 tbsp fish sauce
➥ beef
➥ optional sides: rice + kimchi
1. Cut edges of radish and peel
2. Cut half of radish into quarter slices and save the other half
3. Add radish slices to a pot and fill with water until desired amount
4. Boil for 15 minutes
5. Mince garlic and cut green onions into thin slices
6. Heat pan over medium heat and sauté beef until cooked through
7. Add beef, garlic, and green onions to radish soup mixture and let simmer for 15 minutes
8. After simmering is complete, add fish sauce
7. Assemble plate with optional sides like rice + kimchi and enjoy

jenn! some tips to make your radish soup more flavorful: cook the beef first in the soup pot, then take it out when it's done. then sautee your garlic in the green onions in the beef fat that remains. add the water + radish, boil, then add the beef back in. 🙂 that way you're not wasting all that fond from the beef!
hahaha! The garlic quote. Love it! Oh, I find it wayyy easier to mince if I give my garlic a smash first (like lie knife on it and press with the other hand). It's like 50% minced when you chop through afterwards.. if that makes sense. ahhaha
Way to go with stainless steel! I find that as long as the pan is suuuuper hot and I put enough oil, plus your tip, it works really well! 🙂
