    Yea she’s right abt the appetite suppression. When I danced in ballet summer intensives, I’d often skip lunch b/c after several hrs of intense ur appetite is just completely blunted.

    But other exercise forms like swimming make me famished 🀨 so it is pretty confusing

    Unfortunately they make me painfully hungry

    Linda, I don't make myself hungry for long periods of time, I don't fast against my will, and I started to love life again because of you.

    ooo good to know! I just ran 20k today and wasn't eating bc I wasnt that hungry. Didn't know about the hormones. Will be sure to get some fuel in! Thanks Linda! Hope the marathon went well today!! 😊 (Even tho I couldn't make it πŸ₯²)

    Hi Linda! Nowdays you are my de-stresser. I truly enjoy your videos and i find peace in watching them. I'm actually having a rough time with eating and working out in a healthy way. I don't know what is the right path to choose. After my workouts i always feel like i didn't exercise enough, or my workout was too short or not hard and sweaty enough. I have a hard time listening to my body when it comes to food. I don't know how to give my body its cravings and also the nutrients it needs. I always compare my plate to others plates and i always feel like i've eaten way too much. I'm struggling with an 3d right now actually. I'm low on energy both phisically and mentally these days. I'm a dancer. For me having the energy, strength, stamina for performing and competing is key. And i feel that i don't have these things both phisically and mentally, so i'm doing something wrong. Sometimes it's hard to see the end of this circle that has been going on. But i am trying my best. So thank you for your videos. Sometimes they really are the only things that can calm me down and give me motivation when i'm upset. Thank you, Linda❀

    Omg whenever I finish a hard workout or run a lot, I'm never hungry, just really thirsty. But you're so right about hydrating and fueling your body right after a run!
