  1. Coconut oil is really not that good for you.. It's not a healthy fat. If you have a heartattack for instance, cocnut oil is one thing the doctor tells you to stay away from.

  2. I was trying to find more healthy recipes that are easy to make… this is already too much lmao

  3. Love this one! All the recipes look yummy. I've got to try bone broth, I can see myself sipping away on that:)
