Locust Hill Va April 10 is the last frost date.
My garden is still under 2 feet of snow.
up here in northern ontario canada it is warming up BUT we have 20 cm of snow today through tomorrow 🙁 ugh boooooooooo
In KY, zone 6B. The general rule here for last frost date is Derby Day, first Saturday in May.
Ga zone 8 April 5th is my last frost date
Last frost date, does it work for southern hemisphere?
Hi Brian, I live in Lowell Indiana. Zone 5 B. Last frost is May 10th First frost is October 10th So we have a full 5 month growing season. Growing several vegetables inside right now until mid May when I plan on transplanting them outside. Love your channel!

Hi ! Two questions. I want to directly plant my pumpkin plants into my garden (they've gotten too big , too fast indoors ) , last frost date here between April 15 and May 10th , and I want to protect them from a possible Quick frost by using a cloche on each plant… will that suffice ? AND… you mentioned putting xmas lights in the cold frame to raise the temperature , can I use LED's ? Or do they have to be the old fashioned ones.. thanks
