  1. McDonald's owners use their employees like battle droids from star wars

  2. That Should be Standard in all Franchise Brands so they Understand their Employees & Shows they Care!

  3. There should be no such thing as customer service at all in that regard, buy the product or dont. If you want to be treated like a king while you do so then the problem is you. I dont need a hello, a thank you or any other interaction from the crew, im not buying pleasantries, give me my product and shove off. If the product is good then ill be back. That simple.

  4. No, but seriously, I went there yesterday, and they gave us a $10 gift card. Just because we had to wait ten minutes.

  5. AKA: it's so legendary because the company forces it's franchisees to treat their employees like people.

  6. Why has the quality gone down. He has the same left hand on his chin and his drink.

  7. I occasionally stop by the Chikfila across the street from where I work for a milkshake, and the people there are really kind.

  8. maybe not talk about a company that is infamously intollerant to certain groups of people as having good customer service.

  9. Yea I don’t want to go to Aruba any time soon, I prefer Curaçao and Bonaire

  10. Tbh it’s probably also since the owner is their they try to act as polite as possible so they don’t get fired

  11. It helps it’s a christian organization that has employees that believe and follow Him. Following and believing in christ and abiding by James 3:13 is why Chic-Fil-A is such a stellar organization!
