  1. Good point on not preheating for veg. I hadn’t considered that it’s prob not as important as it might be for other food items

  2. I'm getting used to a new air fryer, but just so you know I would take my vegetables out of the oven, shut the oven door, fluff everything up, then put them back in the oven and you still don't have a lot of heat loss. Just saying.

  3. Fully agree! Have my airfryer for two months now and have been roasting cauliflower, broccoli and Brussels sprouts in it so far. Gonna try carrots this week. Results are significantly better in less time than in my oven.

  4. See, that's why you open the oven, remove the pan and shut the door. Flip the veg while standing at the stove or counter. Open the oven and return the pan to the hot oven that lost a minimal amount of heat! Generally, you can cook your protein in the oven, sharing the heat for your entire meal.

  5. I LOVE THIS. roasted veggies are defenetly better than typical bland boiled ones.

  6. I had an air fryer. Tried to roast potatoes in it. Took nearly an hour. Plus I couldn’t use oil, so they were very dry.

  7. Sure, you could fit 2-3 air fryers in there, but they'll never reach temp on the inside before you've destroyed the outside.

  8. Your vids are really converting me onto an air fryer. If only I had the moneys ????‍????

  9. Awesome !! Do you have any tips on removing the « grid » while hot in order to catch the little piece of food that fell ?? ????

  10. My air fryer is a Ninja Pressure cooker variety so i wont be able to pull the veggies out and shake like you but its stiill really easy to get them mixed.

  11. Another good reason for me: Summers are very hot here. We pretty much stop using the oven in summer time, to not heat up the house.
