20 Replies to “Why Some Are Afraid Of The Efile ????”

  1. they literally yell at me for taking my hand away after injuring me…

  2. Why does your machine go up so high in RPMs when it is not necessary and may hurt someone?

  3. Ok… i just learned from another famous nail tech that the higher the efile is going with carbide, the lower the risk of heat spikes ???? wich advice is correct now

  4. Always remember carbid bits look scary to a new person or someone who's had a bad experience in the past. Plus some people just really dislike the vibrations of the e-file.

  5. I don’t fear the tool, I fear how it is being used. On natural or acrylic it is held at an angle with makes a divot in my nail plate. I gave up acrylic ages ago, but when they want to go after my natural nail, I politely decline because it rarely goes well if I do agree.

  6. Dudeeeee…the 35 rpm…I immediately saw all the times I've been burned and cut. All for them to blame me or say, "Oh it don't hurt that bad."
    Meanwhile I'm bleeding.
Growing up I thought nail salons that did this were normal.

Thank God I've grown up and learned how to do it myself. That's how bad it was, I just can't step foot in another Salon because I'm scared to be disrespected and injured all for them to take my money, EXPECT a tip and give me their card ????
And Ive been doing my own before Covid.

  7. Can you show the different size bits, cuz there are different shapes which ones is better for the natural nail and which one is only for acrylic or polygel 2023.????????????????‼️????????????????‍♀️????

  8. I hate when they burn my Nails with these things. It's very rare that they don't ground my entire nail off. I have been trying not to get them done because I can't find a salon that doesn't burn through the nails.

  9. I was cut and he tried to cover the blood with pressure I said ouch I saw that ????????????‍♀️

  10. There are so many bits that have different uses… I try to Google or watch videos to make sure I'm using them correctly.

  11. I always hate when they get my cuticles with those things, rare but its hsppened with one salon.

  12. ???? I love, love, love e-files! I’m not an esthetician, and due to my profession have had short natural nails all my life. I do my own mani/pedis and since discovering e-files am able to achieve smooth, rounded square-tips to perfection. I own two models, toting the portable w/me on my travels.

  13. Yeah I hate the e-file, some techs are just in a rush to get your nails done. I think owners of salons are at fault though. Owners should not over book or take walk-ins when they're busy so their techs don't feel pressured to finish fast.
