Turns out that robot dog doesn’t like me very much. Was it cuz I made him clean up the sawdust on the factory floor? Why doesn’t the robot want to help out around the factory? Should he be nicer to me? Should I be nicer to him? I’m so conflicted.

It's way easier and more efficient to just vacuum it yourself 🙂
Vacuums usually have a seal at the back of the head ( just basic brush ) so it doesn't work as well running backwards and will just push dirt around.
In industrial environments we never hold an energized robot over our shoulder. I'm not sure why you think this is any different.
