  1. This video was so much fun to make! Have you ever Tie Dyed something before???

  2. I'm so bummed the coffee one didn't come out. That would have looked so cool.

  3. I bet if you put beet juice on Coco she would keep some color. I made the mistake of cutting fresh beets without gloves before and my hands were stained for a few days lol

  4. When you used the natural colors (or really, any of them), did you add salt to the liquids that ended up in the squeeze bottles that you were using? I wonder if that would have made any of the colors stay a little more true. When I have done tie dying with dyes, some of them do recommend adding salt to the liquid before putting the shirts (or other fabrics) in the liquid being used to do the dying. It claims that that will help the color remain in the woven fibers that make up the material. Truth or fiction??? I'm not sure. I have used salt in some of the tie dying that I've done & the colors did seem to stay (but, it could have been the brand of dye, too, in all fairness). This was a great video! I really enjoyed watching it & it made me want to try some of these.

  5. I'm 36 and I used to dye my hair with Kool-Aid in middle school all the time!

  6. ro you are literally amazing! I loveeee ❤ your videos and this one is amazing!

  7. I always watch these videos with the intent just to skim and see the gist of it…but then end up watching every second lol

  8. For fruit dyes, try combining ¼ cup salt and 4 cup water. For vegetable dyes, we used 1 cup vinegar to 4 cups water. For either mordant, submerge your clothing/future tie-dye items and simmer for an hour, then rinse with cold water.

  9. I was watching a cooking segment and the lady cooking said they called the purple cabbage and purple onion red because the color purple had not been invented yet.

  10. Wearing white cloth in a tie-die video… without even an apron…
Its a miracle you dont splash any on you.
Please do this again. Its so fun to watch.
Its also has been a long time since you tried kitchen gadget, busting baking/cooking myth and tried viral tiktok recipe too.
