I liked the before bathroom tiles, especially at 13:36, I thought that was the new bathroom and I got excited for the pale green glass-like tiles. Ugh.
They're really gonna have to quickly get a handle on what the construction costs will be!

Another beautiful house ruined by this show. I get it that there was rot and damage and that needed to be fixed, but she doesn’t even try to preserve the original character. Sad.
