  1. Most rich people stay rich by spending like the poor and investing without stopping then most poor people stay poor by spending like the rich yet not investing like the rich but impressing them

  2. I said it before, and I will say it again: Whenever people with no experience think they can turn a buck with real estate investment due to low interest rates, it's a sign of an economic downturn. These two have NO BUSINESS flipping homes. Gimmicks like backyard mini golf, a Toto washlet in the primary, and a tiny dog wash underscore my thoughts.

  3. I miss the discussion of the money spent and the sales price determined. I would also have liked to know if the place sold and for how much. The dog spa is a waste of money. Not everybody has dogs and it is far too small, just totally impractical.

  4. Yikes, did he advise putting laminate floors in a million-dollar house? Tarek wasn't the one with style. He was always trying to save a buck. IMO!

  5. They are not working the dollars and cents when making decisions, they change their opinions in a flash the second Tarek opens his mouth, insane.

  6. When I started watching and read the comments, I thought Wow, bit harsh. I'm 5 minutes in, and I am cringing at the cluelessness of these two ladies. Have they never watched a single flipper video prior to tossing a million dollars into a chasm???

  7. The outside of that house had a nice mid-century vibe and the fireplace did too. Why not update the house with that look instead of make it cookie cutter?

  8. Dog spa is to small and designed really poorly, considering there's no way to open up the tile and u got to continuously be hunched over to wash your small poodle, so this deters any non dog owners and big dog owners. If your gonna make a dog shower it needs to be floor level with a glass door to open very bad design

  9. What has he done to his face ???? He looks tight, nipped, tucked and shiny! His teeth look too white and big. Gosh! Those 2 ladies did not seem very bright????

  10. So…what happened?? Did it sell?
See a few tiny things, but overall, it's very nice. Just hope there's not a landslide in the backyard

  11. They got rid of real wood flooring?!?! Why not put carpet inside the closet? Where they had missing wood, it was a closet, so put carpet in the closet and it's done!
