Here is the detailed recipe of winter Special manchow soup

*RECIPE*
1. Take a pan. Add 4-5 chopped garlic cloves, grated ginger and chopped green chilli.
2. Add chopped spring onion along with 1 finely chopped carrot, half chopped capsicum and one bowl of chopped cabbage. You can add the vegetables of your choice.
3. Saute it well.
4. Add 1 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp red chilli sauce, 1 tbsp tomato sauce and 1 tbsp vinegar.
5. Add half litre of water along with corn flour slurry(2 tbsp corn flour and 5tbsp water).
6. Boil for 5 minutes.
7. Garnish it with spring onions and fried noodles.
8. Your winter special manchow soup is ready. Enjoy
