  1. Hello, can I ack for permission to use this video during internal HES training with office staff?

  2. Time has passed, but still this is a good vid with useful advice to promote good posture at work. Even it is kind of ahead a this time when it comes to different types of chair and the use of proper lighting. Nowadays, Humanscale Furniture has a great alternative in work lighting with Nova, a lowcost highly functional light to use for several purposes.

  3. The current seats are as ergonomic as a straitjackets, they fit people as long as they stay still!

  4. The screen level should be slightly higher so that when looking straight ahead you see the top of the monitor. If you look straight ahead and see the middle of the screen this will cause problems with dry eye and strain. This is because your eye lids are more open and with less blinking which is common with computer work it causes problems. You only need to move your eyes down a bit to see the lower part of your screen. You don't need to lower your head as some people postulate.

  5. This is bad advice. Take a look at other videos from professors of ergonomics where they mention sitting with a straight back is bad, among other things

  6. Thank you for sharing these guidelines on how to set up workspaces correctly! Improper posture may put us at risk of developing back problems and pain. This could also lead to nerve problems such as carpal tunnel syndrome. This video is going to be a great help!

  7. thank you very cool, now i know how to sit like a functional member of society. I will eliminate the middle class.

  8. I'll have to disagree with the monitor. The screen should be at your eye level. Constantly looking down will hurt your posture. I believe that a lower screen is recommend only to those who can't touch type and will have to look down at their keyboard every time they type a word.

  9. Would be so cool if my employer gave a shit. Big german multi not a small black market local slaver…

  10. Finally i have been able to retrieve all my lost funds of about $180k, which i never believed i would get again from an unregulated broker who stocked my trading capital for over 3 months now, and denied my access to my trading account. I am so glad that i have gotten back all my funds back without stress, All thanks to my neighbor who introduced me to a certified binary option recovery expert. Do you have funds that you wish to withdraw from your account, is your broker manager asking you to make more deposit before you can place a withdrawal, are you confused and you do not know how to go about it ? kindly contact Mr Stefan Williams at sw60916@gmail.com and he will guide you on steps to take and get all your lost funds back in just few days.

  11. The screen setup on the video is not at the best height, there will be strain to the neck as the user will have to keep a downward angle when looking at the screen (what we do when looking down at our phones) it needs to be higher than that to avoid these situations. I speak from experience, aches from the neck and back because of this hurts a lot especially if you're older, you'll feel it for a longer time. Modern screens are not high but wide so set it at mid level and not low as show where you only need to move your eyes up and down as the neck and head assist with side to side
