    The cream cheese batter doesn't look cooked all the way through, it seems liquidy towards the crumb on the cross cut. I am not a cheesecake expert, is this normal?

    It isn’t traditional, but my dad used to exchange the graham crackers for ginger snaps and add a lemon curd on top. Really pretty hard to go wrong with a cheesecake!
    My only problem is I don’t have a springform pan.

    😂 Of course I would! I make cheesecake every Thanksgiving & Christmas in an air fryer. Turns out great. I use a standard recipe that I have been using for decades & do nothing different.❤
