如果要让豆沙更细腻均匀,在压模之前用食物加工机打成粉状。做好后,密封放入冰箱保存,会保持很好的口感。

For a smoother consistency, you can blend the paste in the food processor before moulding. The final product needs to be sealed and refrigirated.

  3. What cuisine is this? It is very beautiful. I love all the vegetarian dishes especially, the desserts are similar to some that we make in our hometown in India.
