I like this video a lot. It emphasizes not being self conscious, which can be a negative thing. Lack of confidence or analyzing your negative traits. But it emphasizes being self aware. Being self aware means you know how others view you and how your looks speak to others. You can be confident and make your own choices, but you are aware of how those choices appear to others. Be sure you are expressing a true form of who you are to others and refine your skills if you are trying to achieve a more elevated self.
Many people are making the mistake of saying doing a mistake rather than making a mistake.

EZ and cheap way to quickly fix up greasy hair: baby powder.
If you're terrible in makeup it's better to just go natural
