SUMMARY:
– If you’re working out and eating right consistently, you should start seeing results 2 to 3 months into the game, or even longer. Don’t overdo it 5 to 7 days a week at the gym.
– While training can affect the body and provide results, sometimes what you’re aiming for just isn’t in the cards, and you can thank your DNA for that. So keep that in mind as you set fitness goals for yourself.
– After 5 to 7 sessions with a personal trainer, you should understand how to complete your workouts and have all of your fitness questions answered.
– Instead of spending money on expensive sports nutrition plans, focus on learning some well-balanced recipes for healthy meals you can cook yourself.
– No matter what kinds of workouts or diets you go on, cellulite doesn’t just disappear forever.
– Some ab workouts, when done excessively, can have the opposite effect and make the waist appear wider.
– Women who work out with increased tension and frequent short breaks tend to see more results than if they do longer reps without rest.
– Eating a balanced diet of vegetables, fruits, protein, and healthy fats along with moderate workouts should help you maintain a healthy weight.
– There are all kinds of great, effective exercises you can do both indoors and outdoors that give you the same results as a gym would.
– More often than not, people see the best results by sticking to basic moves like lunges, planks, deadlifts, squats, and pushups

  1. Hey guys, how often do you work out? 2/3 times a week? Or more often?

  2. Planks? Lunges, squats and push ups will all work your core. You began by saying gym trainers will push isolation exercises at you, then you recommend…. planks. 'Kay.

  3. great tips! fitness can be challenging, but hard work, consistency and your game in the kitchen is all you need! you got this!

  4. Tips to start working out: Watch the whole dark knight trilogy then start

  5. You can drop 30 pounds, get abs. And gain a ton of muscle in 6 weeks. I know because I did it. Stay motivated and push yourself 💪💪

  6. I knew about it.I lost 22 kg in 20 months.exercise even indoor and eating healthy ,cooking by myself.Walk everyday at least 8000 steps.

  7. 2:02 that is literally a meaningless statistics

there is no such a thing as 'percentage of physical ability', this is not a video game
also this is not baout physical abilities lol

  8. Who wrote this?? We need to have a word. I’m a fitness trainer of 15+ years and while I agree with some of this, there’s a whole lotta nonsense in the video. Here’s one more tip this fitness trainer WILL tell you – take everything you learn about fitness on the internet with a grain of salt. Quick hitting, generalized advice videos with fancy animation and millions of views may not have as much value as it seems 🤦🏻‍♂️

  9. I started working out on my own at the gym from the 2nd month of exercising. As long as you research, work hard and know what you are doing, you don't need a personal trainer.

  10. I watched this and got motivated. The moment my first drop of sweat broke, i went for the couch and my phone.
