3 eggs
90 g (7 Tbsp) granulated sugar
90 g (3/4 Cup) cake flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 Tbsp(30 g) milk
1 Tbsp (13 g ) vegetable oil
[Raspberry Cream Cheese Filling]
250 g cream cheese
250 g heavy cream(or heavy whipping cream)
90 granulated sugar
45 g raspberry jam
4 g gelatin powder
20 g water
A little Red food coloring
Syrup(20 g sugar + 40 g hot water)* Melt the sugar and cool it down completely.
Sprinkles
Whipped cream(200 g whipping cream + 20 g granulated sugar)
