30 Days of Yoga – Start Here

Welcome! Thank you for joining me for the 30 Days Of Yoga experience! Watch this video before you begin!

It includes helpful ideas and tips to support you on your journey! Today we begin with this video! Tomorrow – DAY 1 of YOGA.

As we transition into the New Year I already feel great about the idea of practicing for 30 days straight. I feel excited about challenging myself, connecting to myself, and learning something new. I am grateful that my body is able to move, that my breath is capable of deepening and I love that I will be doing it with so many others, around the globe.

The hardest part each day will likely be getting on the mat. Make time. Stay focused and choose to make the experience your own. This 30 Day practice is intended to support you in finding what feels good in the New Year. So, though it may be challenging to make time for your practice – just do it – knowing that it is okay to adapt, change, modify, rebel and do your own thang at any time.

But get on the mat.

Take conscious breaths and stretch each day as a way of connecting to your intentions, your big picture, and ultimately, complete wellness.

  1. I am starting fresh…again. I did this 6 yrs ago at the very start of my yoga journey and can't wait to experience it again with fresh perspective and to see where I am right now! So grateful for you Adriene and the YWA team!!! NAMASTE

  2. Was doing this 30 day routine while trying to keep health while living in MOLD. Trying again now, 3 years later. Healthier, detoxed, and ready to try again.

  3. Newbie here! My left leg is amputated above the knee… Just finished day one. I make stretches up as I go along, seeing that I don't have the support of 2 legs. I am going to try my hardest to finish this 30 day challenge. I need to get in shape and be more flexible with my body and the prosthetic.

  4. Starting this today (along with journaling and tracking habits)! Been feeling out of sorts lately (eating junk, glued to my phone mindlessly scrolling through social media, and just been feeling down and lazy), and I think and hope that this will jumpstart a change for the better. ????

    P.S. I plan to do a timelapse video of myself doing yoga every day, in order to track my "progress." Cheers to new beginnings!

  5. I have a small problem with my tailbone (?) and I'm hoping yoga will help with it and make it not have to hurt at random time.
    And yes, I talked to a doctor about it. She said there wasn't much to do about it. ????
    Anyways, today's day 1 and I'll see if I will remember each day.

  6. Finished this and absolutely LOVED it! I love everything about Yoga With Adriene! Now I've moved onto TRUE…then I'll just keep working my way through the 30 day programs to challenge myself. Thank you, Adriene. You are an amazing yoga teacher and human! 🙂
