We challenged chefs of three different skill levels – amateur Emily, home cook Beth, and professional chef Penny from the Institute of Culinary Education – to bake us a fresh apple pie. After each of them had presented their creation, we asked food scientist Rose to review their work. Which pie is the apple of your eye?

Emily can get it ????
Haven't had em in a while, but them pre-made wal-mart apple pies for like $6 are amazing chilled. They must bake in crack in the dough.
Beth is a level 3, just without the professional training.
I see burn mark real level 3 chef
Beths pieeeeee ???? i wanna be her grandchild so bad ????????????
Penny, the more I watch her cook and bake, the more I enjoy it. She is one of the top one
I agree apple pie is delicious! With the ice cream, it makes it taste sweet!????????????
I've seen so many episodes of this and I almost never agree with the lv3 chefs. Seem like they try wayyy to hard to sound fancy doing the best thing ever and all the time they mix so many expensive ingredients that overpower the main thing they're doing in the first place….rum, white chocolate, ginger…wtf…good luck feeling any apple aroma
Penny: "A minimum of one hour in the refrigerator or it can sit overnight"
Beth: 30 MINUTES!
I love Penny! She cooks with the warmth of a Mother and the knowledges of a scientist ❤
The progression of levels is just getting more extravagant with your top pie crust
sometimes i feel we worry too much about taste on expense of our health, since i started baking i got 40kg some extra weight as a biproduct of baking
Hi, I'm Penny and I'm an alcoholic…
I love Emily she is beautiful, funny and quirky in the best way.
I'm going for Beth's and Penny's pies. The Emily spiel . . .
Nutmeg stinks. Everything else looked perfect.
So, I really liked all the pies but I wanted to try Beth's recipe. Any ideia where can I find the ingredients and instructions?
Didn't America get colonised by the old world who brought apple pie with them? Just saying.
My boggest problem with these videos is how often I want Emily's abominations over the better chefs
At the beginning, I would like to see laid out all the equipment that each cook will be using.
I thought it's a pastry not a dough.
"Classic American desert"
England: am I a joke to you?
Who doesn't love grandma's apple pie ???? isn't human ????????
I love watching them all do their thing, it’s so wholesome lol also Emily is gorgeous!
