This workout is next level challenging and you are ready for it! We are keeping the superset focus today in our cardio and abs focus and you will see 2 cardio exercises grouped together as for 2 rounds of one minute each followed by 2 ab exercises for 2 rounds of 1 minute each. I know this is a tough workout but I know it is scalable for all fitness levels as you can truly dial it up or dial it back when and if you need to. Work hard with me, you are going to be so proud of the way you feel when you’re done! No equipment needed so grab your sweat towel, sliders and jump rope are both optional.

That was tough but I did it!!????
Today's workout turned out to be super hard for me, even though I've been training consistently for a while now. I guess it's just one of those days when you feel like your body is like a huge bag of flour and it's pretty challenging to move it. Crushed this one, still. At some point it was so hard that I even thought of quitting, but I'm happy I didn't. The moral is – some days are harder then the others. But it won't always be that hard. You can do more than you think!

Ok????- you got me! When you said we’d finish with 15 burpees, I groaned out loud! Now I WOULD have done them- but VERY reluctantly. Then I chuckled ???? as actually started a REAL cool down. Thanks Sydney- for a challenging but satisfying workout & the chuckle ????. Donna ????????????❤️
