  1. I DO feel good in my body. I’ve just been telling myself this morning that I looked and felt great. I’ve lost count of how long I’ve been following your guidance but thank you! Your videos have been life changing for me

  2. I did this, or i tried. Some movements hurt the knees, and the balance failed????. Some movements were successful. I noticed that the mind relaxed a bit. I know, i have poor muscle strength and balance. Thank you.
