  1. Nuts (macadamia nuts, pecans, walnuts, pili nuts) and seeds (pumpkin seeds, raw sunflower seeds) are excellent choice for low carb and good fiber

  2. As always, so informative! I always wondered why I could tolerate hard cheeses (and full-fat Greek yogurt) better than other milk products. Now I know. Thanks!

  3. These are the most inflammatory foods you could possibly eat and not healthy options at all. Stick to veggies and plant based.

  4. I’m really interested in trying keto or low carb, but there are so many people with keto videos and lots of conflicting recommendations and info 🤔
