  2. Could you not alternate the tricep and bicep routines rather than doing all triceps then moving onto biceps? Just curious.

  5. I got 3 times at 20lbs, previously stuck at 2. There may have been a couple cheat reps thrown in, but great workout man! My go to for a quick Bi and tri blast

  6. Should you do each exercise 3 times(reps) before going to the next or just the whole training 3 times ?

  7. Oh yeah, that's what I have been looking for. No stupid bodyweight tricep shit, just pure isolation for those biceps and triceps (I always need a follow along). I have "destroyed" my right arm by starting with body weight tricep push ups, cobra push ups, dips and stuff, when my muscles were anything but ready. So after pausing for quite a while I have decided to start preparing them with low weights only, skipping all those nasty heavy body weight exercises, so that they can recover, get that nice blood flow and build strength little by little. During the worst time I couldnt even do an elevated reverse table top dip without collapsing after just 5 reps with severe pain for a couple of days afterwards. So I am looking forward to trying these exercises and see, where it gets me :).
