Saying it's just water with an extra oxygen isn't exactly correct… It's an entirely different substance after all, with a vastly different structure and different chemical properties! It's bonded very differently to water, rather than it being water with another oxygen dumped on the end. It does share it's ability to hydrogen bond though, so the two are miscible!

You should probably correct the point about Hydrogen Peroxide being safe. You should be extremely careful to keep hydrogen peroxide out of the reach of children (particularly for the 30% variety).
