  1. Fasting is ZERO calorie intake. If you ingest ANYTHING that triggers insulin realease, YOU ARE NOT FASTING.

  3. A calorie is a calorie. The issue isn't the calorie it's how many you have to eat to be full if you are eating to be full vs eating based on calories.

    I could eat an entire container of ice cream and it take up the same space as that entire tray of vegetables you show. That's volume. The calories in the ice cream are SIGNIFICANTLY more dense. That's the issue.
