    Q/ why not put the parchment paper on the pan before assembling instead of having to move everything after assembled? And do you reuse the extra pastry you tear away? It's literally painful watching you do each and every one in real time, edit please

  11. OMG the beef pastry was a bit silly. Just make a while sausage roll and cut into small pieces, get a fork and make whatever pattern desired and bake BANG… to slow and delicate u are. Forget the music and just COOK
