Summary:
-The more sugar you are consuming, the more you’ll crave, making the sweet stuff fairly addictive.
-It’s important to maintain stable blood sugar levels as too much can not only result in weight gain but deplete you of your natural energy and focus.
– Excessive sugar consumption can lead to acne and skin problems.
-Sugar is void of protein and fiber, which results in excess consumption because it doesn’t fill you up.
– Not only can excessive sugar intake take a toll on your physical health, but also your mental health and it will make you much moodier than usual.
– Resident bacteria in the mouth consumes the sugar you intake, which produces an acid that causes tooth decay.
– Improper control of blood sugar levels can raise the risk of cognitive issues and impairment.
– Sugar overkill prompts your taste bud tolerance for the sweet stuff to go up and satisfying a sugary craving takes more than it should.

  2. sorry to say I watched only 2 minutes and had to shut it down, Your music drowned out the info, we came for info. Not music

  3. Thanks for your video. I made a note to watch it regularly over and over again as a reminder. I have all the symptoms except the skin breaking out. Thanks for making this video. I started a one meal a day fast and am very slowly losing weight, but after the daily meal I still crave sugar. It seems that now since I'm doing well on my 12-14 hr/day fast, next I'll start cutting out sugar. That's gona be the hardest part but I'm 79 and now at this age it could mean life or death. I use a combistix to test my uring sugar and so far it shows I'm not diabetic, but I'm obviously pre-diabetic.

  4. Sugar does make you gain weight… if I eat a spoon full of sugar do I gain 10pounds noooooo

  5. I eat about 5 different fruits every day; am I prone to getting too much sugar from fruits?

  6. I've cut back on suger a bit by trying to avoide milk chocolate because it is way to sweet for me. The less suger in chocolte the better. ( 75% dark or darker chocolate. ) I also try to eat cereal with a ton of healthy ingrediants. Like Frosted Mini-Wheats, Raisin Bran, MOM Brand cereals, Honey Bunches of Oats, and Barbara's Cereals. Some of these cereals like Barbara's cereals are lower in sugar than most of the more popular kinds. Chewing gum with no suger is really good too because I can avoide all the bad sugars. Who needs gum that can blow bubbles? All I want it for is to help keep my teeth clean and breath smelling fresh.
