In most cases, I don't understand why a recipe would use granulated sugar and not powdered sugar.
Reminds me of my favorite easy fudge recipe which is basically just a bag of chocolate chips melted together with a can of sweetened condensed milk and then mixed together and chilled. You do have to keep it cold for it to stay nice and solid but it’s way easier than traditional fudge and just as much of a treat

maybe it could work, and even at better temperatures, if they use ground oats as well. Since a popular no-bake cookie recipe uses oats
