  1. Please do not think I am criticizing, that is a sweet looking blade, but isn't the purpose of Damascus steel to have the benefits of both high and low carbon steel in the cutting portion? Do you get that in this blade? It looks like the Damascus steel sandwiches, but isn't a part of the cutting action. Please educate my ignorance if that is incorrect.

  2. So you can make it look like Damascus but it's not by using a chemical dip? Pretty cool.
