A Vision Of The Future From The Past: Tour A Futuro ‘UFO’ House

Shaped like a UFO, the incredible Futuro House is absolutely spectacular. Originally designed in 1968 by architect Matti Suuronen this amazing creation is like looking into the future from the past.

Owner Nick has lovingly restored and renovated this marvel from the past, keeping with the original theme and style of the1970’s (when this model was made) yet also giving it a super cool modern edge.

There’s a lot that we could say about the Futuro House, but ultimately, it’s best you see it to believe it! Enjoy the full tour of this amazing home.

Nick has created the Area 51 UFO resort as a place where people can escape and completely immerse themselves into the Futuro experience. You can find out more about the resort here: https://www.airbnb.com/h/area51futurohouse

  1. Living Big In A Tiny House

Filming this episode was a blast! What a seriously cool place Nick has created. It's amazing to meet someone who has such passion and dedication to building something so special. We hope you love this tour as much as we do. With love, Bryce & Rasa

  2. R Tyria

All it needs is a curtain made out of beads. I know that was more of a 60's thing, but they were still around well into the 70's. It looks very cool.

  3. Victor Kreig

Out of all the things Nick could have put in this he just so happened to choose not just the most colorful items but the most cutting edge experiments that weren't just so whacky person's attempt at being edgy or different they actually served a very real purpose and did it well(the Panasonic for example). It says a lot about how knowledgeable Nick is about the era and he has good taste
    Always a pleasure Bryce

Watching this video was a blast! I could tell how excited Bryce was with his use of “dude!” “totally!” “cool!” and “wicked!” Sooooo much fun watching Bryce having so much fun! From someone who grew up in the 60s and 70s, this was groovy, man! I miss fondue parties, but still have our fondue set! 😊🥰

  5. R.P. Rosen

This was the MOST fun/interesting episode. Honestly, it has left me more interested in Nick than in the home. I want to know what makes this guy tick and everything else about him. He's so cool and likable.

  6. Miss WildLife
