How to make something in an air fryer: do literally all the prep for days and barely use it

  2. @hallobre

You don’t need to boil it. Just baste it in vinegar and overnight in the fridge.
Though I think that boiling it for a few seconds might slightly reduce the nasty pork smell, who knows

Thank you for not starting off this video like every other channel making something crispy where they BITE into it to start. Extremely unpleasant to hear someone chew right in my ear without being able to scroll past or mute for that bit.

I know you boil for chicarons but do you have to do tge boiling method for all pork belly??

I'd probably forget about it the next day and end up eating pizza, then I'd have to throw it out.

Not a professional chef, but it looks a bit different from what I'm used to, the skin needs to explode, this one looks very flat. Last time I've eaten something visually similar to yours was quite chewy and not crispy. I'd suggest watching Made with Lau's version of this dish, as the steps are a bit different than yours
