i love avacados but i struggle to know when its ripe enough to open. Its either too hard or two soft for me.
I would accessorize it with Sun dried tomatoes and grilled olives. With a hint of basil
Was thinking could horse radish be added to this, haven't made it or tasted it yet, but I love horse radish and it sounded like it might be good 😊
Mouthwatering chef John. Gonna be on the lookout for sheep's ricotta.👍 Have you ever experienced the very pungent epousse French gooey yummy cheese?

I spread a little homemade pesto on the bread before sloping on the avocado. Yummmm!
If you're not a trained proffessional or Latin American I guess. We learn how to pit avocados before we hit double digits.
Plunging a knife into you palm does screw up most things
Mixing avocado with cottage cheese is great, too. Same idea as ricotta.

I never knew the pit could split!! I eat avocados like all the time and I’m just now finding this out. Does this happen when it’s not fresh? Or just randomly.
We do. We have those breakfast radishes on a daily base. Breakfast radishes, tomatoes, cucumber slices… our breakfast staples. They are great with slices of cheese, breakfast sausages, even with some spiced up hummus. They just don't work with eggs. And of course some bread. German bread. Real bread. Not what you have in the US…
I just squeeze the pit out. It doesnt take much pressure. If not ripe enough , the avocado wont easily cut thru.
