Someone might look at another womans very lose abaya with colors and tell them its too flashy and that they should wear 1 color.

Modesty/ wearing hijab isn’t JUST about making sure your whole body is covered. Yes, her body is technically “covered” but what’s the point when the outfit’s so tight I can see her whole body and all her curves exposed. She might as well have been naked…
