Ingredients:
water 100ml
white sugar 12g/1tbsp
instant yeast 1.5g/½tsp
all-purpose flour 150g
vegetable oil 10ml/2tsp
salt 1.5g/¼tsp
All-purpose flour 2tbsp
white sugar 1tsp
hot oil 1.5tbsp
Recipe:
100ml water
12g white sugar
1.5g instant yeast
mix well
150g all-purpose flour
1.5g salt
Mix well until the ingredients are combined
10ml vegetable oil
knead the dough
rest for 20 minutes
after 20 minutes
knead the dough until it is smooth
Rise until double size
Flatten the dough with your hands
Rest for 15 minutes
2tbsp all-purpose flour
5g white sugar
mix well
Pour the hot oil into the flour
mix well
after 15 minutes
sprinkle some flour
Flatten the dough with a rolling pin
The size is about 25x30cm
Spread the mixture evenly on the dough
Roll up the dough from one of the long sides
Pinch the edges
divide into 6 parts
shape the dough like this
take a piece of dough
sprinkle some flour
flatten the dough
Dip one side of the dough in sugar
Gently roll out the dough
Repeat!
Rise for 20 minutes
brush some oil
bake for 12-15 minutes at 425°F/220°C

VEGETABLE QUINOA NOURISH BOWL Recipe | HIGH PROTEIN Vegan and Vegetarian Meal Ideas
Indian Style Vegetable Quinoa Nourish Bowl Recipe. Healthy Vegan and Vegetarian Meal Ideas. Easy Quinoa recipes for any day of the week.

▶️ INGREDIENTS for Quinoa Recipes: (3 to 4 servings)
1 cup/190g Quinoa (soaked for about 30 minutes)
3 Tbsp Olive oil
1+1/2 cup 200g Onion
1+1/2 Tbsp Garlic or to taste – finely chopped
1/2 Tbsp Ginger or to taste – finely chopped
1/2 Tsp Turmeric
1 Tsp Paprika (NOT SMOKED)
1 Tsp Ground Cumin
1 Tsp Ground Coriander
1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper (Optional)
Salt to taste (I have added total 1/4 + 3/4 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt)
150g / 1 cup Carrots
130g / 1 cup Green Beans
70g / 1/2 cup Frozen Green Peas
325ml / 1+1/3 cup Water OR AS REQUIRED (???? Sometimes one batch of quinoa can be more dry than the other, SO ADJUST THE COOKING WATER QUANTITY ACCORDINGLY)
100g / 3+1/2 cup Spinach – LEAVES ONLY (I have added baby spinach)
Lemon juice to taste (I have added 1/2 tablespoon)
Ground Black Pepper to taste (I have added 1/2 teaspoon)
1/2 cup / 70g Cashews (Toasted)
2 Tablespoon / 5g Cilantro (Coriander leaves) – very finely chopped
▶️ METHOD:
Start by thoroughly washing the quinoa a few times until the water runs clear and then soak in water for about 30 minutes. Once the quinoa is soaked, drain the water from the quinoa and let it sit in the strainer.
To a heated pan add the cooking oil, onion and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Adding salt to onion will release its moisture and help it cook faster so please don’t skip it. Fry the onion on medium to medium-high heat until it just starts to brown.
Once the onion has starts, add the finely chopped garlic and ginger and fry for 30 seconds. Then add carrots, green beans and spices (Turmeric, Paprika,Ground Cumin, Ground Coriander, Cayenne Pepper) and mix well. Fry on medium heat for about 2 to 3 minutes. Then add the soaked quinoa, chopped tomatoes, frozen peas, salt and water to the pan. Bring it to a vigorous boil. Then cover the lid and reduce the heat to low. Cook on low heat for about 20 to 25 minutes or until the quinoa is cooked.
Once the quinoa is cooked, turn off the stove. RIGHT AWAY ADD THE SPINACH LEAVES WHILE THE QUINOA IS STILL STEAMING HOT, SO THAT THE SPINACH CAN WILT FROM THE HEAT. Along with lemon juice and ground black pepper and mix thoroughly BUT GENTLY. Top it with toasted cashews and chopped cilantro (coriander leaves). Serve hot.
▶️ IMPORTANT TIPS:
???? Thoroughly wash the quinoa, this will get rid of any impurities/gunk/bitterness and will give a cleaner taste to the quinoa
???? Every stove is different SO ADJUST THE HEAT AND COOKING TIME AS REQUIRED
???? Adding salt to onion will release it’s moisture and will help it cook faster so please don’t skip it

CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE CAKE
Preparation time 15-20 minutes
Preheat at 170-175°C
Baking time 180°C, 35-40 minutes
Shelf placement middle rack
Serve 2-4
Ingredients
For Chocolate Sponge
1 ⅓ cup Refined flour
½ tsp Baking soda
½ tsp Baking powder
¼ cup Unsweetened Cocoa powder
½ cup Oil
¼ tsp Vanilla essence
¾ cup Yogurt
200 gms “Nestlé MILKMAID”
For Chocolate Truffle
¾ cup Fresh Cream
⅜ cup “Nestlé MILKMAID”
2 ½ cup Dark Chocolate, chopped
¼ cup Unsalted butter, soft
For Garnish
Chocolate shavings
Gold leaf
Coco powder, dusting
Process
For Caramelized Milkmaid
In a sauce pot, add water in it and place the milkmaid tin into it.
Let it boil for at least 2 hours on medium flame.
Once it’s done remove the tin and rest for at least 20-25 minutes.
Once the milkmaid tin settles down to a room temperature, then transfer the milkmaid into the bowl for further use.
For Sponge
In a bowl, add refined flour, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder and mix well.
Now, add oil, vanilla essence and mix it well and make sure before adding curd, the oil is mixed properly and make a soft batter.
Add beaten curd and mix well with the help of the cut and fold method.
Now, add milkmaid and mix everything properly.
Grease the cake tin with butter and flour and pour the prepared batter into a cake tin.
Now, transfer it into a kadai for baking and bake it for 35-40 minutes on low to medium flame.
For Chocolate Truffle
In a shallow pan, add fresh cream and let it cook for 1-2 minutes, add prepared caramelized milkmaid and mix it well on medium flame.
Remove the pan from the flame and add chocolate and mix everything properly.
Once chocolates are tempered properly, keep it aside for further use.
For Layering
Demold the sponge and slice into 3 equal parts.
Now, apply caramelized milkmaid, prepared chocolate truffle and spread equally on the bottom and middle layer with the help of palette knife.
Now, cover it with the top layer.
Pour the truffle on the cake and spread equally from all sides.
Now, transfer the prepared cake into the fridge to settle down.
Remove the cake from the fridge and pour the hot truffle into it.
Make sure all sides are coat nicely,
Garnish with toffee whipped cream, golden leafs, chocolate shavings and sprinkle some cocoa powder.
Serve cold.

The Perfect Baked New York Cheesecake
Serves 16 Prep: 20 mins (+ 31/2 hours chilling & 2 hours cooling time) Cooking 1 hour
250g digestive biscuits
150g butter, melted
500g cream cheese, at room temperature
3/4 cup (165g) caster sugar
2 tbs plain flour
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
1 tsp lemon rind, finely grated
1 tbs lemon juice
2 Coles Australian Free Range Eggs
300g sour cream
1. Preheat oven to 150°C. Grease and line the base and side of a 20cm (base measurement) springform pan.
2. Process biscuits in a food processor until finely crushed. Add the butter and process until well combined. Spoon into prepared pan. Use a straight-sided glass to spread and press over the base and side. Place in fridge for 30 mins to chill.
3. Use an electric mixer to beat cream cheese and sugar in a bowl until smooth. Add flour, vanilla, lemon rind and lemon juice. Beat until combined. Add the eggs. Beat until smooth. Add sour cream. Beat until just combined. Pour into base.
4. Place pan on a baking tray. Bake for 1 hour or until just set. Turn oven off. Cool in oven, with door ajar, for 2 hours. Chill for 3 hours before serving.
