I’ve been growing mushrooms in the garden for the past few years and I can’t stop recommending to everyone to give it a go!

Growing mushrooms in your garden it’s not only beneficial for the food production but it also benefits your plants by creating symbiotic relationships.

Wine caps are a sort of natural biocontrol for your garden, trapping parasitic nematodes in the soil and eating them as a convenient source of protein.

MUSHROOM IN LOGS ????

– 1 x Oak log
– 1 x bag of shiitake dowels
– Drill
– 1 x 8 mm drill bit
– Hammer
– Soy wax
– Brush

MUSHROOM IN RAISED BEDS:

– straw
– Wine cups spawn

Alternate a layer of straw/woodchips and mycelium and keep well moist. They can grow along any plant so you can have extra production of food in your garden.

OLD MUSHROOM BLOCK:

1 x old mushroom block
Straw

Crumble your old mushroom blocks once the finish to produce and alternate straw with spent blocks. Keep well moist and you might have an extra flush of mushrooms.

Agree or disagree? Designs can get canceled during the sampling process for many different reasons. Today I am showing you styles that weren’t canceled because they were ugly, but rather – because they lacked a strong Why.

Design 1: I honestly really like it and think it’s so beautiful. I would totally wear it, but I could just see the comments flooding in berating me for making everything cropped. Comments saying how useless this top was. @popflexactive has become a brand that solves problems and designs with function in mind, and TBH because I could not see myself strongly “defending” this design for either of those things, I decided to kill it.

Design 2: For this one, I just didn’t think the Why was strong enough. I mean, aesthetically, we definitely could have gotten there with some adjustments but I didn’t see a strong reason why you would need this in your closet. Therefore, cancel.

What do you think? Rightfully killed or should I bring something back from the dead?

Let’s try another rice paper recipe!

bánh tráng nướng (aka Vietnamese pizza) is sold as a street food in Vietnam where they’ll grill it right in front of you. My version is anything but traditional and I usually use whatever leftover ingredients I have in my fridge.

Just add a sheet of rice paper to a pan over medium heat, no oil needed. I added chili oil, an egg, lots of cheese, Vietnamese ham, scallions, and salad greens. I also drizzled it with Kewpie mayo and Sriracha for creaminess and spice.

45 Minute BEST Butt Workout | STF 2023 – Day 27

This epic glutes workout will not disappoint! Warm up, get to work, and cool down in a way that can truly grow your strong glutes. Sydney takes you through all the movement patterns and exercises that target the glutes the best!

We will work for 4 rounds of each exercise for 40 seconds with 20 seconds of rest between each round. We will be operating in straight sets so we will complete all 4 working sets for each exercise before we move on to the next exercise. I want you to use 75-85% of your max weights for exercises 2-6 and I want you to try and increase your weight or resistance at least once if you can. I will use my bench for split squats, glute bridges, and bench hypers so pull yours out if you have one! I also use my glute resistance bands for our warm up circuit, glute bridges, bench hypers, and fire hydrants.

1 cup onion
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon complete seasoning
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
2 bay leaves
2 tablespoons are in
1 cup Jasmine rice
2 cups chicken broth
4 tablespoon unsalted butter.
2 tbsps minced garlic

White sauce
3 tbsps sour cream
3 tbsps mayo
Fresh parsley
1/2 lemon juice

It’s another beautiful day and today we are making everyone’s favorite MEXICAN FLAN better than any store and restaurant the best flan is made at home! Flan is a very easy dessert to make yet just time consuming and that’s just the waiting part because it’s super easy to make the trick with flan is to not over cook it or not undercook it I forgot the clip where I insert a toothpick after it’s done cooking, instant in the center of flan and it should come out clean yes is going to be wiggly but it’s cooked ☺️???? PRO TIP!!!!
✅dont over cook it,this causes flan to break and will give it a strong egg taste, I personally don’t like my deserts to taste like egg regardless of that being the main Ingredient used
✅ you can make the flan thicker by using g a smaller mold or making little individual ones

Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
5 eggs
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp Mexican vanilla blen
Lime juice
1 can evaporated milk
1 can heavy cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk

8 chiles guajillos (mild)
4 cups chicken broth or 4 cups hot water 2 1/2 Tbsp chicken bouillon
2 tomatoes or 4oz tomato sauce
1 tsp ground cumin (optional)
Oil
4 cups pinto beans (w/ 3 cups broth or water
1/2 cup lard or oil of choice
1 tsp salt
3 cups Mexican cheese blend

Serve with Mexican rice, iceberg lettuce, pico de Gallo, Mexican crema

TIP❣️
If you have hearty eaters add 8oz of chorizo to the beans
