The hardest part each day will likely be getting on the mat. Make time. Stay focused and choose to make the experience your own. This 30 Day practice is intended to support you in finding what feels good in the New Year. So, though it may be challenging to make time for your practice – just do it – knowing that it is okay to adapt, change, modify, rebel and do your own thang at any time.

But get on the mat.

Take conscious breaths and stretch each day as a way of connecting to your intentions, your big picture, and ultimately, complete wellness.

In the times of robots and self-driving cars on the road, you can say the future is here, right? But if we have this sort of “autopilot” for cars, then the aviation field has been way ahead of the times for years! Autopilot: how did it come about and how does it work?

When airplanes were first invented, they required the pilot’s undivided attention to fly safely. As the airplane’s range got bigger and they could travel for more hours, it got harder and harder for pilots to keep up. Around 1912, the first autopilot was created by Sperry Corporation – a company that specialized in electronics. From that moment, the history of autopilot just starts!

SUMMARY:
-At first, the captain needed to keep hold of the controls the entire time. As the airplane’s range got bigger and they could travel for more hours, it got harder and harder for pilots to keep up.
-Around 1912, the first autopilot was created by Sperry Corporation.The autopilot allowed the plane to fly level and straight using a compass course without the pilot constantly trying to keep it leveled manually. But as technology progressed and the world of aviation took off, the autopilot systems improved.
-Aircraft that are designed for private transport are to this day still only flown manually. Even some jets might not have autopilots.
-Autopilot is officially known as the Automatic Flight Control System. It plays a major part in an aircraft’s avionics.
-The Single-Axis Autopilot controls the ailerons, and it’s known as the “wing-leveler”. The slightly more advanced system is the Two-Axis Autopilot, which controls both the ailerons and the elevators to keep the plane level on both its horizontal and transverse axis. The Three-Axis Autopilot controls all of the above: the rudder, elevators, and ailerons.
-Once pilots board the plane, they enter all the control mode settings they need about the flight, like maintaining the aircraft’s altitude or direction. Then, the smart high-speed processors sort of cross-reference their calculations to see if the plane is obeying the pilot’s orders.
-Autopilots are just one example of a control system, and like all control systems, they work in very similar ways. They act based on what they measure, and their actions impact the value of what they just measured.
-The gyroscopes on the wings sense that they’re being moved, so they automatically send that data to the autopilot computer. The autopilot then processes that information and understands that the wings are no longer level, so it needs to take action! It then sends the data to the servomechanism units that control the ailerons and tells them that they need to adjust so that the wings will become level again.
-Autopilots are designed as a failsafe – which means even if they do fail, they won’t cause any damage to other parts of the plane. In this case, the pilots will have to override the autopilot by disconnecting it.

SUMMARY:
– They put these signs up to keep distracted drivers from pulling away from the pump with the nozzle still attached! When that happens, you risk gas leaking out all over the place, and then there’s the chance of it lighting up.
– Fortunately, this isn’t as much of a threat as it perhaps used to be. Most modern gas pumps feature breakaway nozzles that will seal the pump if they’re pulled on too hard. ]
– Either way, the driver, or at least their insurance company, is still responsible for any equipment they break. If the driver’s lucky, they’ll only need to pay for the breakaway mechanism to be replaced.
– Most airlines require you to switch your phone to airplane mode. The signals produced by wireless devices can interfere with the plane’s electronics.
– This phone interference isn’t too much of a problem anymore thanks to modern technology, but it was a major concern in the 1990s.
– Devices from that era were notorious for their ability to interfere with nearby electronics, and that was a risk airlines weren’t willing to take.
– There’s also the issue of radio waves interfering with a plane’s communications. Again, it’s nothing too dramatic.
– The third reason why you’re asked to turn off your phone on the plane has to do with your wireless carrier.
– Cell towers were designed around some basic assumption about where their users are going to be located. Thousands of feet in the air close to the speed of sound was not one of them.
– The good news is, these risks are all fairly remote, and there’s never been a major accident caused by someone using their phone on a plane.
– Studies have shown that electronic devices can tamper with some of the more sensitive hospital equipment.
– The scientists concluded that 3 ft was far enough away to be safe. Although, they do recommend keeping mobile phones out of the room entirely just to be on the super safe side!

How To Use A Pocket Hole Jig

When you’re building and do not want to see screws on your projects, the Pocket Hole Joint is the way to go. It’s an extremely strong joint, and you can use it on any type of project and every screw is neatly hidden away. A Pocket Hole is an angled hole drilled into one board, which then allows you to drill a screw through to another board. The Pocket Hole Jig makes drilling the angled hole easy. Adjustable guides and stop collar bits help with the width and depth of your hole.

To use a Pocket Hole Jig, simply clamp it to your workspace, adjust the guides for the thickness of your hole, and adjust the stop collar bit for the depth. Make sure your wood is clamped tightly into the jig, and you are ready to drill. Place your bit in the guide and drill. Back the drill out to clear away the chips and to prevent overheating.

To join the boards you will need the appropriate screws and the correct driver. To build your piece you want to align your parts and use wood glue to strengthen your joints even further. Drill the screws into the wood, but let the glue dry to prevent any shifting. To finish use wooden plugs if you need to position your holes on the outside of your piece.

NutraBio-sponsored athlete Hunter Delfa may be young, but he knows how to build muscle. Already a seasoned NPC physique competitor, this 20-year-old shares his top five movements every young lifter should know to build serious strength and size.

“I use each of these five movements in my training,” says Delfa, “and I recommend everyone try them out.”

1. Dumbbell Pull-Over
The aim here is to expand your ribcage, and since it works both the front and back halves of your body, this versatile exercise works equally well on chest or back day.

“Personally, I like to hit this movement on chest day,” Delfa says.

Expanding the ribcage creates the illusion of a smaller, waspish waist, giving you the V-taper look that everyone covets, from competitor to novice.

Pull-overs require flexibility and focus. Delfa keeps his feet and knees together, dropping his hips as he lowers the weight. Get a full stretch in your abdominals to fully open your ribcage, simultaneously stretching your pectoral muscles. With all that stretching, remember to squeeze your chest at the top when bringing back up the weight.

2. Stomach Vacuum
This is a great isometric exercise for tightening your waist. To perform it, exhale as much air as you can from your lungs and then suck in your stomach. This compresses everything together, tightening your waist.

“I perform this exercise at least 2-3 times per week,” says Delfa, “Each time, I try to hold it for as long as I can for about 2-3 sets.”

This is another great exercise to help narrow the waist and build a better V-taper.

3. Cable Pull
Cable pulls are a great way to target and bring out all the details in your upper back. Delfa recommends leaning back to get into the right angle to target specific muscle groups.

4. Upright Row
Another staple in Delfa’s training program, upright rows are great for building round, full shoulder muscles. As with his other exercises, how you grip the bar is key to targeting the different areas in the muscles.

5. Back Extension
A staple exercise for any serious lifter, back extensions are a must when you are first starting out because they help build a foundation of strength.

“This is one of my favorites out of the five,” Delfa says. “Back extensions are key to training because they help prevent injury, help keep your core strong, and help you progress faster in other movements.”

Sue’s late for the ball! And there is one small problem, she lost her wonderful shoe… Sammy decided to help her and make the missing magical shoe! They will do this using modern 3D technologies and an ordinary shoe. It will become the base for a masterpiece!

So, we’ll need an ordinary Sue’s shoe, tape, and a 3D pen. First, we cover the shoe with tape, and then use a 3D pen to create the base of a new shoe. This is a slow process, guys, be patient and be careful using the 3D pen or ask an adult to help you. When the base is ready, cut the plastic shoe a bit. This is necessary to get the real shoe out of the shell. Don’t worry, we’ll fix it later with the 3D pen!

To make the shoes look magical, we cover them with blue shiny nail polish and sequins. Decorate the shoes with glittery butterflies! Now everything looks great, as if they are the shoes of a real princess!

Now Sue can put on her incredible dress, accessories, new shoes and go to the ball in this amazing outfit!

Step 1: Wash towel with baking soda
Throw your towel into the washing machine with a 1/4 cup baking soda.

Tip
You can throw in any other like-colored laundry with the towel to run a full load.

Step 2: Run wash
Run the washing machine using hot water. Allow it to complete a full wash cycle.

Step 3: Pour vinegar into washer
Pour 1/4 cup white vinegar into the washing machine with your regular detergent.

Step 4: Run wash cycle
Run the wash cycle again, using hot water.

Step 5: Dry towel
Place the towel, along with any other laundry you choose, into the dryer to dry on the hottest setting. Use the longest setting to ensure the towel dries thoroughly.

Tip
Make sure any laundry you put into the dryer with the towel is safe to dry on the hot setting.

Step 6: Check towel for dryness
Check the towel to make sure it is completely dry before folding and putting it away. Take a good sniff of your fluffy towel the next time you bathe and enjoy the non-funkiness.

● 10 big shrimps
● 21 ounces of salmon
● 1 pound of mussels

In two bowls mix milk with sugar, yeast, and flour. Cover it with a towel and let the pre-dough rise. Crack eggs, add salt, and whip. Mix it with the pre-dough, add olive oil and flour. Knead dough. Let it sit for 1 hour. Divide the dough in 10 identical parts.
Marinara pizza. For the sauce process canned tomatoes, salt, pepper mix, basil, and parsley in a blender. For the topping chop garlic, mozzarella, and tomatoes. Assemble.
American pizza. Roll out the dough, spread the sauce. Chop bell pepper, onions, and mozzarella. Put the cheese on, add pepperoni, and bacon. Add veggies and capers on top.
Mexican pizza. For the green sauce chop fresh parsley, dill, and basil. Add chopped garlic, salt, and olive oil. Process. For the meat topping add chili pepper flakes to veil, also put in basil, paprika, garlic mustard mix, and some salt. Mix it well. Cut onions and chilli pepper in rings. Assemble. Add canned corn, beans, and chilli pepper. Bake for 20 minutes.
Hawaiian pizza with bechamel sauce. Sprinkle chicken fillet with paprika, curry, and salt. Bake for 25 minutes. Peel and cut a pineapple. Assemble. Add mango and cream cheese.
Pizza with seafood and spicy sauce! For the sauce mix mayonnaise with soy sauce, pepper mix, caviar, chilli sauce, and lemon Juice. Cut salmon, peel shrimps.

Take pains to remove a renter from your property legally, or you could find yourself on the wrong side of the law.

Step 1: Check your local laws
Contact your county clerk’s office to check the laws governing eviction proceedings in your jurisdiction.

Tip
If you are managing government-subsidized housing, follow the eviction rules established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Step 2: Know your rights
Know the valid reasons for evicting a tenant, which include nonpayment of rent, a violation of their lease, and creating a health or safety problem. Landlords do not need a reason to evict month-to-month tenants, and they can choose not to renew a tenant’s lease without giving a reason.

Step 3: Don’t evict on your own
Don’t attempt to evict your tenant by force, or try to get them to leave by cutting off their heat or water, changing their locks, or tossing their possessions. These methods are all illegal.

Step 4: Have a paper trail
Have your documentation in order, including a copy of the lease, written notices you have sent to the tenant concerning any problems, and any other proof of your claim, like bounced rent checks or photos of property damage.

Step 5: Give them fair notice
Let the tenant know in writing that you are planning to evict them if they don’t pay their rent or correct a violation by a certain date. How much time you must give them varies from state to state.

Tip
If you are evicting a month-to-month tenant without cause, make sure you are giving the advance notice required by your state, which can be anywhere from 20 to 90 days.

Step 6: Go to court
If the tenant hasn’t addressed the problem within the time frame cited, file an eviction notice with the local court. If the tenant doesn’t respond within the time defined by the court, you win by default. If the tenant challenges the eviction, the case may go to a hearing.

Step 7: Post a notice
If you win the case, a representative of the court – like a sheriff, marshal, or constable – will post a notice on the tenant’s door giving them a move-out date, at which time the tenant and their possessions will be forcibly removed from the premises by the court representative if they haven’t vacated on their own.

Step 8: Cover their cost
If the tenant wins, you will have to let them stay and pay their costs of fighting the eviction, in most cases. So be sure to follow the letter of the law before starting proceedings!

– Fill a spray bottle with 2 parts rubbing alcohol and one part water, and then spray liberally on the windshields.
– Coca-Cola isn’t just one of the world’s most popular sodas. It contains a low amount of phosphoric acid, so it can also be used to remove rust from vehicles.
– Put some water on the plunger and the dent, and place the plunger against the dent. Then pull and push until the dent pops back into place.
– If you get stuck, you can put the cardboard close to the tires, and it will help you get out. If you forget the cardboard, take out the car’s mats, and use them instead.
– To remove the residue, dampen a newspaper, and cover the sticker with it. Leave it on for 15 minutes.
– A lot of people who have to do laundry outside their homes lose a sock at one time or another. Turn the situation into an opportunity by using your remaining sock as a windshield wiper!

Whip up your own homemade mustard. It’s easy, delicious, and economical.

Step 1: Sterilize jar
Place a glass jar large enough to hold one cup of mustard, plus its lid, into a pot of boiling water for a few minutes to sterilize it.

Step 2: Blend seeds and spices
Blend the mustard seeds, sugar, salt, turmeric, and herbs with a mortar and pestle until they are powdery.

Tip
For a really easy homemade mustard, mix equal parts water and dry mustard, available in the spice section of your supermarket.

Step 3: Add vinegar
Gradually whisk in the vinegar, one tablespoon at a time, until you have a coarse paste.

Tip
You can substitute beer or wine for the vinegar.

Step 4: Let it stand
Let it stand for about 15 minutes to thicken.

Step 5: Seal and store
Transfer the mustard to the jar, put the lid on, and let it sit in a cool, dark place for two weeks before using, which will allow the flavors to develop. Refrigerate once it’s open. It will last for several months.

Step 6: Tweak it
Experiment with new flavors in future batches. Add whatever you like – a pinch of onion, garlic or curry powder; a teaspoon of horseradish or caraway seeds. Or tweak the flavor by using tarragon or cider or sherry vinegar in place of white wine vinegar.
