He is quite fun to watch cook tho, really lives up to the TV chef vibe. Ebbers honestly could have his own spinoff show just cooking in his kitchen at home and I'd watch it lol
I'm a little confused here…didn't he just take a bag of hard beans, and pour them into a pie crust??? they would never be done before the crust would burn…and where are they? the quiche he makes has no beans in it??!!!

Personally, I prefer the more traditional "flan" to "quiche" – Still, whatever you call it, this looks smashing! 🙂
