Please make a rainbow cake or a drip cake ????
Please make coconut macaroons tower or something ❤
Looks lovely and and perfect snack ❤
What did you do with the whey?
OMG! Absolutely looks so beautiful and piece of artwork ❤
Awww those cows are so cute ????
Would this work in a savoury way? Less sugar. More salt, a selection of herbs, smaller moulds (mini loave tins etc) on top rich tomatoe sauce or pesto. And make a savoury biscuit base.
Love that u branched out and started doing the dang thang much love
LOL the interaction with the cows has to be one of the purest things I've seen in such a long time.
Been making my own yogurt for years and am looking into getting started with cheese..this is a great beginner recipe! Thank you! I have to ask–have you found a good way to use up all the whey you're left with? I always feel so wasteful dumping it!
Please have a babyy❤
Canned cherry on a no-bake cheesecake was a staple of my childhood, to the point that I chose it as my birthday cake a few years. This recipe sound excellent; as an adult I've gotten into fermentation and have made cheese and have done elaborate baked NY-style cheesecake, this sounds like a perfect gourmet version of the classic.

What a wonderful Tuesday surprise! I'm so used to having to wait until Thursday for my Claire fix
does this require unpasteurized milk?
The vibe off
I want to say hi to the cows too
This looks delicious and lovely ????????????????????
I just made cream cheese myself and it stayed kinda hard. I couldn't get it to cream and then I also burned my food processor while doing it. Just a funny timing that Claire now has a video up with cream cheese instructions.
Claire is adorable ???? ????. I get the feeling it's known, and if not, she'll let you know, that she is "not the one ☝????" (don't test her). But also a very chill /laid back person to hang with, who loves to cook and bake… the ideal BFF????.
Please make a whole grain bread with seeds video! I always love how the nuttiness of whole grain, seeded bread plays against cultured dairy products!
Jersey milk is great!
You remind me soooo much of Melanie Lynskey
I'm going to try one!
claire understands that in order to get the best tasting dairy, you must introduce yourself to all the cows and get their blessing.
source: trust me
I would watch Claire say hi to cows all day
