The vegan lasagna.
Anyone got any ideas on what I can use instead of wine in the lasagna?
I think I said nope, nope, NO 4 times during Jamie's recipe. sausage meat no, watery sauce no, no baking no and no cheese sauce. No lol ????
So the man who adds honey to a vegan dish is making the vegan lasagne?
My lasagna is somewhere between 2 – 3 hours but I make 2 at a time, if I am making the effort it makes more sense to me. I freeze the 2nd in portions and use them for lunches. I use premade sheets but make everything else from scratch. I also use lamb mince, tastes amazing and I use it for bolognaise too,

i like all 3 ideas. I actually really like vegetable lasagna – the cashew and butternut squash might be a good thing to try.
