  1. Um, that’s not a praline. That’s a brittle. A praline is softer and formed into cookie sized patties. Plus a praline is traditionally made with pecans. Nuts aside, the consistency is brittle.

  2. I usually put the seeds in the custard and put the leftover bean in a jar with some white sugar to give a gentle vanilla flavour to the sugar.

  3. Ladies, get you a man who looks at you the way Mike looks at the cookie dough.

  4. next time when making a custard, put some clingfilm on the surface so it doesn't form a skin.

  5. but with the caramel couldn't you wash the sides of the pan down with a little water and pastry brush to prevent any of the crystals from falling in and recrystallizing the whole product?

  6. who the fuck would go to this amount of trouble to make a dessert though lol

  7. How do you lads not weigh 400 pounds each, with all the marvelous food you dish up?!

  8. And if you don't have this vanilla pot thingy, what can we use instead? Any suggestions??

  9. I have a recipe for peanut butter mug cake! 3 ingredients! All you need is 1 egg, 1/4 cup peanut butter and 1 tsp plain flour! Mix everything and then microwave for 30-60 seconds (you can use NUTELLA or any creamy spread)

  10. What would be the temperature and baking time of making the cookie dough into actual cookies?
