Yes it all looks really pretty in the advert – and it looks really pretty in the showroom – because it is supposed to con you into believing that what you see is going to be what you get delivered. That didn't happen to us – we did not get what we paid for – we did not get what we saw in the show room – we didn't get an undamaged sofa with matching feet. They don't advertise the fact that their after-sales service is appalling and that after 3 1/2 months you will still have a damaged sofa with mis-matched feet, 2 sets of feet they have sent that don't match and a bit of cloth to replace the damaged sofa back. Trouble is, those aren't much use especially when the service manager is too busy to come out to you.
