  1. This is one of their better homes, though the banquet could have extended closer to the kitchen.

  2. Rooms with plumbing (kitchens & bathrooms) sell or don't sell homes. Good job ladies!

  3. This doesn't make sense. Team will pay 45k (I'm assuming they're making $$). And then want to be 17k (half of resell profit). Really?

  4. All that, and they didn't put up a fence to make the front yard private and decrease street noise.

  5. 0:003:10 – The consultants tour the "unsellable house" and make suggestions.
    3:114:12 – comparison with a similar home
4:135:48 Scope of work, the upgrade pitch to the owners and acceptance of offer to do work.
5:499:49 Construction, upgrades, and interior design choices proceed.
    9:50 – The big reveal.

11:57 – Potential buyers tour the open house and make an offer higher than expected.

  6. That was extremely rude and disrespectful to tell them to take photos down and then say oh they aren't buying your kids how rude as Stephanie Tanner would say

  7. I was dubious when the first episode was uploaded (which must have been a later episode, because their VW bus had a different paint job). But they did great work on this house, giving it exactly what it needed. The homeowners, though… getting all teary eyed over having to take down the photos of the kids, really? Get over it.
