great advice. my dad passed away from cancer and im trying to help my mom find someone who will love her. its not easy.
I consider myself a veteran on dating older women, but just gave up. Friendly as a rattlesnake. List of must-haves that would make Christ think, insatiable spending habits, ans sexually exciting as a tree stump. Don't waste time on older women, unless you have the need to buy a meal for someone.

Well I'm just a puppet, but sometimes joining meet up groups that are not dating groups is a great safe way to meet people. Find a group that does the things you like to do. An out door group, a movie group, an over 40s social group. They are everywhere and cover many interests. Just a thought and a way to get out there without having to work it.

HAHA – LOVED THIS, APRIL – already I can see you have such a sparkly personality! I, myself, love to kind of flirt with people just for fun – like you said, my intent is never to get a man into bed – but I love the back and forth, the playfulness, and the feel goods I get when I catch a man off guard with a lovely comment. Lots of men have asked for my phone number, but I never give my number out – I always tell them to give me theirs. And they, inevitably, say "Are you gonna call me, though?" And I say, "If I do – you'll know, won't you?" haha. I never call them though. I just like flirting. I It's not like they flirt back 100% of the time – not saying that. I am not attractive or thin, but about 60%-75% of the time I think men flirt back because THEY feel flattered. I like to compliment men in unusual, but honest, ways. If a man has beautiful hands – I will tell him that. I'll say "Wow, you have the most beautiful hands – are you an artist or a musician?" or "Excuse me, I just feel compelled to tell you that I love the way you look in that suit – that style is perfection on you!" I remember one time going to a Karaoke bar and I got there before my friends and a whole group of college frat boys came in and I started talking to a couple of them – by the time my friends arrived – the whole group of college guys was around me and we were all laughing and talking. I excused myself from the guys and when I went to the table to sit with my friends they were like "OH MY GOD ! What why were all those guys around you?! What were you doing??" haha – and I wasn't "doing" anything – just being friendly and having fun. One time I was at a club and flirting with some guy and he turned around and bought a whole round of shots for me and my girl friends – that was weird. I don't really drink alcohol so I didn't accept the shot – plus, I don't accept open drinks from randoms – no matter where I am or who I am with. I have a lot of crazy stories I can tell – man, I have had some interesting interactions with men.
