Crayon Playdough Directions
This makes two batches or two colors of play dough
– pick two colors and crush two crayons of each color in separate bowls
-mix together 3 cups flour, 1 1/2 cups salt and 2 tablespoons cream of tartar
– heat in medium 2 tabkespoons of vegetable oil on the stove and add one color of crushed crayons
– once all melted slowly add in 2 cups of water, a little at a time
– slowly add only HALF of your dry ingredients mixing continuously
– if needed add a small amount of water 1 teaspoon at a time to make mixture firm into ball in the pan
-dump play dough on a plate or your counter too cool
– knead play dough to get rid of any access flour
– repeat process using the second crayon color and the remaining half of the dry ingredients
– enjoy!!
