Self Sufficient Me is based on our small 3-acre property/homestead in SE Queensland, Australia, about 45kms north of Brisbane – the climate is subtropical (similar to Florida). I started Self Sufficient Me in 2011 as a blog website project where I document and write about backyard food growing, self-sufficiency, and urban farming in general. I love sharing my foodie and DIY adventures online, so come along with me and let’s get into it! Cheers, Mark π

Those remind me of Sun Gold tomatoes. Sweet little treats! I'll have to looks for Everglades. Thanks Mark β£οΈ
I should see if I could grow one of those in my apartment window. They would be nice to have in our home.
Seminol pumpkin is similar. Thrives in this 9b climate. If Everglades tomato grow well the Seminole pumpkin will too.
That's the most solid test!! Can't go wrong there!
You convinced me! Your words are like wisdom of the ages when it comes to gardening. Thanks, now, off to do some tomato seed shopping. Cheers
Mate those toasties look bomb! Nothing beats the taste of a fresh, homegrown, tomato as is, but when you add cheese into that equation chefs kiss π perfect
